Since 2002, Nicki has been a leader in the area by creating the best online presence for everything from real estate advice to support for local business or sharing local and personal happenings. Time and again, someone would have a question or bring up a topic and someone else would always say, "you know what, you should call Nicki Donlin." and here we are! Everything from sponsoring little league baseball to fundraising for local not-for-profits, Nicki prides herself on that role in CNY.

Nicki also prides herself on having that competitive edge. She was a two-time all-American athlete at Ithaca College and that steady toughness is something that will undoubtedly help you through the twists and turns of your transaction.

As a life-long resident of Central New York, Nicki cherishes everythign the area has to offer. She and her husband, Mike, have two sons, Jack, a freshman baseball player at the University of Maine and Will, a sophomore at Cazenovia High School, and two beloved Golden Retrievers, Gracie Bell and Goose.

I was born and raised in central NY. I grew up in the small town of DeRuyter, graduated from Cazenovia College, raised 2 children and made the Cazenovia area my home for more than 35 years. I’ve worked here, played here, and traveled all over central NY when my kids were younger to baseball, lacrosse, basketball, and soccer games. From Fayetteville to Cortland to Hamilton, I’ll help you find the home where your story begins.

My many years of experience in Accounting and Marketing, along with my passion for helping people, made becoming a licensed Real Estate Salesperson a logical progression. Anna Ross was born and raised on the beautiful coast of Tuscany, Italy. She traveled

the world with her military family and decided to settle in beautiful Cazenovia,NY

Anna's passion with real estate began while flipping one of her own residences.

She moved forward from there helping military members find a new place to call home

during their Permanent Change of Station (PCS). She has relocated families from all

around the world.

Anna is a NY Institute of Art and Design certified Interior Designer and has a college

degree in Spanish, French, English, and, of course, native Italian. If you don’t mind a

little bit of an “accent” while she speaks, she would be honored to help you find an

amazing vacation home anywhere on the coast or a new perfect home to enjoy

everyday life. She is an incredibly determined person and will do all she can to
